remember how I mentioned that I would be going to Brazil?
Yupp, the time has come for me to start my training program,
so that I'll be able to assimilate better into the environment.
[
Tho' I don't really see how, since there's no central heating systems in winter.]
...
Hey, wait!
I think I mentioned this in the previous post!
Argh, but it's a month ago and I don't wish to delete or redo my draft. -.-
Okay, let's just pretend that you never knew about the training before this. Lol
ANYWAY,
the training was really tough in the beginning.
Man, I'm so glad I didn't have internet,
or else.
[Oh yeah, red spells danger. Get it?]
Yeah, or else.
[Which reminds me of that communitychannel video..]
[Y'know, the one in which she threatens her child self, lol!]
[Which reminds me, where IS she? ): ]
It wasn't the fact that we have to get up at 5 am everyday,
[Oh yeah, I feel like a farmer.]
nor the fact that we have physical training right after that.
[A few years of stagnation did not do me one good bit at all.]
You ready?
It was more because I had to learn to live with people again.
Believe it or not,
a whole week can pass by with me speaking only a line or two to whomever.
[Don't mind me, I'm a hermit like that.]
So it got quite terrible.
But my leader encouraged me a lot and my team was and is really nice.
And now three weeks on,
[
Heh, it sounds like some motivational testimony to get people to sign up for Adam Khoo.]
I think I'm better.
*am quite proud of myself*Thing is,
even if I didn't want to rant,
even if I just wanted the internet so that I could do research,
I couldn't.
Because I don't get internet on weekdays. ):But thanks to this research slot today,
I got someone to key in the password for me.
HURRAH!So imagine how ecstatic I was to be able to get internet,
*clicks Youtube*
-BLOCKED-
credits to http://cheezburger.com/View/3756893696So yeah -.-
But I'm still grateful nonetheless.
At least, I can blog now. :3
And as horrible as it seems,
it's actually fun!
Okay okay, I know.
Paradox.But it is!
[
I don't know why tho'..]
I get to return home on Sunday nights,
and go back on Monday nights.
[
Only 24 hours, but I'll take whatever I can get!]
So now you're asking,
why didn't you blog when you got home then?Well,
even when I'm at home,
[which of course, isn't always the case]
when I'm not packing for the coming week,
I'm doing some stuff for church,
and when I'm not doing those,
I'm so exhausted I just sleep,
or stare at the TV but the content isn't registering.
[Just staring at something CAN be relaxing!]
[YES, YOU CAN! Lol, Obama..]
So this kinda sums up everything
that's been happening in the past three weeks.
I learned Portuguese too,
[Still phail and flailing about.]
and God's been really good to me.
Crazy good.
I like the training,
but I'm not looking forward to non-central heated homes.
And did I mention that the internet there stinks?
Now I know why my Brazilian friends didn't maximize their potential in PVP.
Now, I know..
But I'll still blog when I can.
And I'll definitely be eating loads of beef.
LOADS OF BEEF.
[If you can dig out my triple cheese MCD burger post, you deserve a burger.]
[
Go get it, y'know you want to.]
And then I'll take pictures.
And then I'll post it.
[
No, stop!]
[
I feel like I'm drowning in your doubts already.]
Aite, I gotta go now.
I'm planning on savoring today,
whence I can get seven hours of sleep.
Boa noite!Don't worry,
if you don't get my jokes, you're normal.
