The
Youth Thanksgiving Dinner was held today.
Man, it was really something else.
There was
laughter,
and then there was
reflection,
like on the highs and lows of 2010.
And it didn't really hit me,
till the moment everyone started packing up,
and I looked around at all the
new friends I made this year,
and how this day then in
2009,
my world was so different,
it just amazed me.And then it REALLY
hit me,
when I accidentally came upon some of my old friends' photographs,
and their Facebook profiles,
and how they've moved on,
or what they did for/to me,
and whether their decisions turned out to be correct or otherwise.
It really seems..
Nostalgic.
Do you guys feel the same way?It's not even the last day of the year yet!
Sigh,
but 2010 was a really
good year.
Even during the lows,
it didn't seem that low at all,
because
Jesus was/is with me.
Before He came,
life was written in three letters.
H e l l .
I am overwhelmed.
